Journal is a continuation of Annals of the Agricultural University of Poznan – Economics.

Kwartalnik Journal of Agribusiness and Rural Development, https://doaj.org/toc/1899-5772, publikuje wyniki badań poświęconych problematyce ekonomicznej i społecznej w sektorze rolno-żywnościowym i na obszarach wiejskich. Czasopismo jest kontynuacją Roczników Akademii Rolniczej w Poznaniu – Seria „Ekonomia.
Artykuły publikowane są w języku angielskim. Czasopismo działa na zasadzie licencji „open-access” i oferuje darmowy dostęp do pełnego tekstu wszystkich publikacji poprzez swoją stronę internetową. Wszystkie artykuły są udostępnianie na zasadach licencji Creative Commons CC BY-NC (Uznanie autorstwa-Użycie niekomercyjne). Redakcja kwartalnika prowadzi politykę przeciwdziałania przypadkom ghostwriting oraz guest autorship.
